Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lingel Windows & Doors Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in custom-manufactured fenestration products tailored to your specific architectural requirements. Because our products are made-to-order, our cancellation and refund policies differ from standard retail purchases.

1. Order Cancellation Before Production

You may cancel your order and request a full refund only if the cancellation is made before the manufacturing and fabrication process has begun. To cancel an order, you must send a formal written request to our official email address. If production has not commenced, your advance payment will be refunded within 14-21 business days.

2. No Refunds on Custom Manufactured Goods

Once the fabrication process has started or the materials have been custom-cut and prepared based on your approved specifications and measurements, the order cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

• Customized uPVC and Aluminium windows and doors are manufactured to exact client specifications and cannot be resold.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" after production has started.

3. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty

We stand by the quality of our German-engineered products. If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or if the product does not match the finalized technical specifications:

• You must notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery or installation.
• Our technical team will inspect the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part/product at no additional cost under our warranty terms.
• Refunds are not provided for defective items; they are strictly subject to repair or replacement.
